About Us » Todd ThoeneTodd Thoene Todd Thoene joined ISS in 2010 after serving East Texas law enforcement for nearly twenty years. Mr. Thoene began his career with the Smith County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff before joining the Bullard Police Department as a patrol officer. The invaluable, hands-on investigative experience gained equipped Mr. Thoene for his appointment as an Investigator with the Smith County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Thoene served Smith County with distinction and recognition for over seven years before retiring from active-duty service to join ISS. Mr. Theone's experience with criminal case preparation, witness/suspect interview and interrogation techniques and civil process service makes him uniquely qualified to coordinate and direct the Investigative Services for ISS. |
