Mr. White founded ISS with over a decade of law enforcement experience. A graduate of the Tyler Junior College Law Enforcement Academy in 1996, he began reserving for the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office in Texas before beginning his full-time law enforcement career with the Jacksonville, Texas Police Department in 1997.  He re-joined the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office as a patrol deputy and ultimately attained the rank of Captain in the Criminal Investigation Division before his retirement from active duty in the spring of 2010.

Mr. White has conducted and participated in thousands of criminal investigations involving local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. As a veteran peace officer and investigator, he brings his vast law enforcement experience to the security industry and possesses the invaluable knowledge of principles and techniques that only experience can provide.

His revered professionalism has produced positive results in the many cases he has closed. The intensive training he relied on in the field as SWAT Commander for the Sheriff's Office 14 man Tactical Team has now been cultivated to serve the private sector with the same finely honed skill the public came to depend on.

In addition to his decorated law enforcement career, Mr. White is a proud family man and Texas native of impeccable character with a strong moral and ethical foundation.
